What You'll Be Doing

 

✓     Growing user acquisition through paid performance campaigns

✓     Managing and optimizing Meta, TikTok, and mobile app acquisition campaigns

✓     Working with mobile measurement platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch

✓     Testing new growth strategies and optimizing campaign performance

✓     Developing performance-driven creative content for ads

✓     Operating across multiple international markets simultaneously

 

What LemFi Is Looking For

 

These requirements are non-negotiable:

 

✓     2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing and paid acquisition

✓     Proven experience managing acquisition campaigns for a consumer mobile app

✓     Strong understanding of mobile measurement, attribution, and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)

✓     Strong creative strategy skills and experience developing performance-driven content

✓     Experience working across multiple international markets

✓     Highly self-directed with a strong bias toward action and execution

✓
